How can our baby be a year old next week?  I can't believe he will be a year.  It has been the shortest and longest year of my life.  I am feeling very sad!  I feel like it went by so fast that I actually missed some of it.   I keep thinking about what my life was like one year ago today.  Tonight when he feel asleep in my arms I felt like I was in heaven.  I never knew I could love someone like this.  It makes me really appreciate how much my parents love me. :)

He will be ONE on Tuesday - we are going to go to Disneyland!  Of course I have a appointment to get his picture taken at 10 am.  Any suggestions on what his photo should be like??? - No big party - I felt kind of strange having a huge party for a one year old.  We would rather wait until he is older and can enjoy it.  So we are just going to go to DISNEYLAND!  then go to his favorite restaurant. - the Cheesecake Factory and then go over to Gina's for a little cake!  I wonder what he will think of the cake? :)

Well Ian has changed.  He is now perfect!  I mean it.  He is 90% walking now!  It is amazing a few weeks ago I had a "Sixth Sense"  moment (just like the movie)- I was so used to being able to hear him crawling around on the floor.  Out of the corner of my eye I saw him just walk by.  I almost died!  He scared me to death.  I am so happy - I really am.  Now that Ian can do what ever he wants he is like a new person.  He just loves being able to go where ever he wants. I love the Baby Einstein videos.  They have saved my life.  Ian loves them  I have them playing in the other room. Ian just goes in and takes a look and then comes back in to check in on me.  I taped all of the videos on one tape.  Thank god for two VCR's .   He is back to sleeping throughout night!!!!!!! :) Hip hip hooray!  So needless to say I am much happier and saner person now!!! If I knew then what I know now!!! :)  O well -

March 1 - My dad's birthday - We went to dinner at a business associates of Mike's.  We were there with another couple ..  Ian was perfect. :) I guess I lost all of the photos! Darn! They had a amazing house and game room!

March -2 Aunt Angie got up early (11am) and saw Ian at the Gymborre! So cute...

March 3 - We went to the BEST restaurant.  The Cheesecake Factory.  - As soon as we sat down.  they brought IAN bananas, oranges and bread.  It was so awesome. He was so happy and entertained.  and best of all  - I actually got to eat my whole dinner! Amazing.

March 7 - Went to JC Penney and had his picture take with a REAL bunny - I thought he would love the bunny - he could have cared less. Liz came down and we went to a few Tuesday Morning's. :) We went to the Spaghetti Factory and Ian sat in his first Highchair in a restaurant.

March 8  - Mike played golf!

March - 9th - 11 months old!!!! Where is my baby!!!!! - Had his picture taken.  so beautiful! .  Had a little mini photo shot at home.

March - 10 - Mike played go with his stepfather bob.  We went down to Murrietta and stayed with Mike's mom for two nights! :)  We had a great time. Ian was so good - he really bonded with Mary! :) He loved the horses!!!! The pictures are so cute!!! We also visited my mom's best friend Gretchen.  She LOVES boys;  She has three of her own and two step sons!  She can not with to have a grand baby- !

March 12 - We to see JACK and Kelly Longfellow - He is getting so big! and we saw the Van Hyfte's - Hannah is Ian's Future wife! :)

March 13 - Went to visit my grandparents and then went to see my nephew Sam's FIRST baseball game.  Now my nephew Sam has been hitting the ball like a pro since he was 2 or so. Maybe even younger.  He is 5 now and so really to play ball.  It was so fun - A bunch of 5 year olds with no idea what to do.  :)  All Sam wants to do is hit.  Very fun.  Ian even had a great time playing around on the grass!. :)  Then we went up to Pine Valley to stay at my dads.  My dad is running the church youth group - we went to watch.  Amazing.  My dad was the teacher that week and spoke about  his love for me and gods love.. :)  Very touching. How did I get so lucky to have the perfect Daddy? :)  It was also fun to talk to some of the Elementary school kids who have some of the same teachers I had! :) Can you believe that my Kindergarten teacher is STILL teaching!  Speaking of that my 5 year reunion is in August - Ok Ok my 10 year reunion is in August!!!!!! How can I be so old now!!!!

March 14 - Had lunch with Allison Jones at the Park House Eatery. She will be moving up to LA soon. :)  Yeah a friend up here!!!! We also went to visit Amy Bellchamber and her girls.  Mike played golf again today. - Mike went to dinner with someone from work.

March 16 - Gina had a wonderful friendship TEA party - then we went to the Park to feed the ducks so cute Ian had a great times.

March 17 - Went to INDIAN buffet.  YUMMMMMMMY!! Can't have enough Indian food!  Mike and Ian went to the Park! :)

March 19, 2002 - Went to the Orange Mall to pick up the Easter Photos.  Saw a photo booth and could not help myself!

March 20 - Playgroup at our house!  Which is good. I actually try and clean up a bit! :)  :)

March - 21 - Amy and Andrew Wong came down.  They brought Ian his first birthday gifts. :)  Then we went to Afternoon TEA!!!! Our boys were perfect angels.  Andrew is five months older then Ian. :) Later we went to Angie's for Survivor!  by the way I am winning the Survivor game! :) 

March 22 - Gymborre - Twice in one day!  I am such a good mom!!! :)  Yorba Linda and Fullerton! :0

March 23 - Mike and Ian went to the Park :)  I cleaned - :)

March 24 - the 2002 Oscars!!! I was the winner of the Oscar pool -!!!!  Who knows how since I do not get to go the movies anymore!  My dear sweet husband took Ian out of the house so I could enjoy the party! :)  I am such a lucky girl!! My sister - Tracey's birthday!!!!

March 25 - First outside a store ride!  He could have cared less!!!! :)

March 26 - Gymborre - then the mall to pick up the 11 month photos.  Well they were not back yet and then Ian - yes Ian did not like the Easter Bunny!!!!!  What a day.

March 27 - Playgroup  EASTER BUNNY!!!!!  So darn cute!!!

March 28 - Sam turned 5!!

March 29 down to SD - dinner with the Longfellow's. Then we went to my moms and her new dog licked Ian on the face and he swelled up and his eye almost closed.  It was the strangest thing!  We are not sure exactly what he was allergic to!  Very Scary!  Dogs suck!!!

March 30 - Mike played golf with his dad.  I had lunch with my father. :)My mom made a wonderful dinner.

March 31 - EASTER - Ian woke up to a chocolate bunny and books.  He was in heaven - Brunch at Mike's Grandmother Gallo's - then we saw Nan Bellman.  Then back to my mom's for Easter Dinner and fun!  Most of the pictures were taken by my brother or mother.  We all of digital camera's now!  S Ian was kissing the doll - he HATED it last time he pushed out of the was before!.  He is waving bye bye and hello now!
