Hello all -

First off - the important part the PICTURES!!!!!!! Ok Ok there is over 200!!!  Not all of them are of him. :) Can you tell that we really like him???   So roughly  - 200 pics a month he is almost 7 months old.  So that is over 1400 pictures so far!!! Crazy!!! He is more photographed then a super model!

Enjoy all of the great photos - also these are only the digital pictures- we also have a  few rolls of regular film (thanks Aunt Angie - she just can't seem to help herself :) ) I also have taken a ton of video.  & little videos on the digital camera.  Also I get DSL nest week. :)

 What a very exciting month.  Ian has really changed.  He is not a baby anymore. :(  He is crawling now! I did not think he was going to crawl at all. - He is all over the place!  This weekend we are going to baby proof the house.  He is so cute, he loves to pull on Atticus's (the cat) hair.  He laughs out load in delight.  He has the cutest little crowing noise.  :) It has been so much fun.  I thought I was so lucky when he slept the whole night when he was 2-4 months.  I thought he would do it forever. Boy was I wrong.  I am so tired. He just does not know how to soothe himself back to sleep.  I had to have him cry himself to sleep.  It is so much more painful for the parents.

Oct. 2. - Meet Monique Hahn in Covina and had lunch and shopped around. (PICTURES #2-3) Went to see Ray and his record store.

Oct. 3 - Went to Old town Orange with Jena, Grantland and Liam Watson.  Had lunch and shopped around.

Oct. 4 - Mike's company moved in to the new building in Orange.  So since we knew we would be in a BAD mood we went down to SD.  Good thing we did
because. he was very unhappy.  His desk not damages the new carpet was damages.  SO needless to say Mike was not a happy camper.

Oct. 5 - Mike played Golf - We saw Gina, Zacky and Hannah Van Hyfte

Oct. 6  Saturday.  Mike was still moving into the new building. - my mom had a garage sale Fri-Saturday.  She made over $800!!!...   - My
grandmothers sister was here from TX

Oct. 7 - Sunday Mike was still moving in. (we should have stayed in SD!!) -  IAN started to Crawl around! :)  Ian is not even 6 months old!!!

Oct. 8 - Had ice cream with the Robidoux's in Brea

Oct. 9 - 6 months old today. :)  - My dad came up early and went o the mall to get his six month photo taken and JC Penney!!  (#36-37) Then my dad took him out for a stroll.  (#38-39) - SO I was i the house ALONE!!! the first time in 6 months!!!!!!! Then after they got back my dad watched him for a whole hour.  So I got TWO WHOLE  hours to myself!! INSANE!!! I was so excited to just clean the house.  I had two coffee drinks and turned up the stereo!!! :) THANKS DAD!! You are the best.....

Oct. 11 - Doctor's appointment.  He was over 18 lbs and 28 1/4 inches   - he was in the 75 percentile in height and weight! :)  He also got a shot!! :(  Then we went to  Angie's and watched Survivor.  Ian wore his little outfit that said Jr. Survivor. :)) Too cute!! - Mind you Aunt Angie REALLY LIKES Ian.  She takes a ton of pictures!!!

Oct. 12 - Mike went to Las Vegas for the car race for the weekend.. Cousin Edie came up for the weekend. We meet the Watson's at the Discovery Zone in Orange.  Edie and Grantlin had a lot of fun. Then we meet Aunt Angie and the Spaghetti Factory! YUMMMMY!! for dinner.

Oct. 13 - We had afternoon tea at the Arbor Manor in Fullerton.  Jena, Grantlin and Mrs. Watson met Ian, Edie and me there.  Then we all went to a Park in Fullerton.  Tons of fun! :)  --

Oct. 14 - We went and had Edie's portrait done at JC Penney's. She just turned 7.  Then Mike got home and we went to another park. (

Oct. 15 - SOLID food for the very first time!  :0  It went pretty good!. I thought he would like it a lot more then he did.

Oct. 15-0ct 19 - We all got SICK!!! yucky!!!!!

Oct. 18 - at the mom's group on Thursday we made little Halloween decorations.    Warning Aunt Angie came over to see Ian Eat!! LOTS OF PICTURES!!! :)  She sends here rolls of film to Shutterfly and they upload them and send her the negatives.  too cute!

Oct. 19 - Gina came over and helped us get the pictures put up on the walls.  We are still not done.  It takes a very long time to get the frames done rights.  Mike and I stared up very late trying to get as much done as we could  - First food other then cereal - by the way carrots do stain!!! (

Oct. 20 (Saturday) - Down to San Diego - Mike Played Golf.

Oct. 21 - Ian can now get himself into a sitting position from his stomach.  He is also a crawler boy now!!!!!!! - Then Mike and I meet some friends (Alex & Melissa {Anderson} Tomlinson at "Jack and Julios" for Dinner,  Then we went to a concert.  We saw Travis at the Spreckels Theater downtown.  My mom watched the boy.  IAN cried and cried for over and hour.  poor baby (

Oct. 22 - Warning Aunt Angie came over to see Ian LOTS OF PICTURES!!  She loves him so much

Oct. 23 - My mom came up and Mike and I went to Universal and saw Travis again. Ian cried but not as long! Poor grandma.
 

October 24 - Angie and I took Ian to a Pumpkin patch!  Way too cute!  We saw the Great Pumpkin!

Oct. 25 - This week at the mom's group we went Trick or Treating at the Placentia Linda Hospital!  Very Cute.  Ian was a cute little monkey - He loved the banana.  (He tried Gerber bananas for the first time today also). :)  Then we went to the Brea mall and got his Picture taken.!!! So cute.  I can not wait to get them back!!!

Michael went up to San Jose to stay with Jason and Kari Thursday - Sunday.  He went to Travis on Thursday night.  He went Wine tasting & Went to a Halloween party on Saturday he also went the the BEST Fondue restaurant the in WORLD in Saratoga called La Fondue!!! YUMMMMY.  I am so jealous. He had a wonderful weekend up there.

Oct. 26 - He can drink out of a straw!!! Can you believe that!  I almost died!  So I bought him a little sippy/straw cup he loves it!  He has a hard time with a sippy cup tilting his head back.  What a amazing baby.  :) Ok Ok I am the mother!  but he is only 6 months old!!! :)

Oct. 27 - noon - We went to Gina Grissom's for a fabulous Tea Party.  Gina threw a wonderful party. Ian was crawling all over the place!!! He was under my chair.  Then we were off to San Diego for my niece Edie's seven year old birthday party!  :)  Edie was a EVIL PRINCESS!!! :) Tons of fun.  We made it down to El Cajon in a little under a hour and a half! :) Two parties in one day.  As Angie would say "I am a social butterfly" ")

Oct. 28 - over to Mike's grandmothers house for a little visit then over to his fathers and up to the Van Hyfte's for a little little visit.  Zacky Alan turned 2! :)

Oct. 29 - Out to lunch with Michelle (Rollie) S.

Oct. 30 - Mike watched Ian from 7-12 and I worked a half day at Avery as a consultant!  It felt very strange. It felt as if I had never left!!! Very strange indeed.

HALLOWEEN
We meet Michael at his work and then we went to lunch (#204-207) & then we went to the KRISPY KREME!!! - Later we went to Angie's work   Both my mom and Angie made Day Of the Dead Sugar Skulls - very cool.  My mom even sold one on Ebay! :)

At 7pm.  We went to the MOVIES!!! YES that is right the movies.  I thought it would be a good time since most people would be home handing out candy - so if he was fussy not many people would be there and guess what - Ian slept the WHOLE time!!!!! It was so awesome!!!!!! :)  I should not have waited so long.. :)

Again so sorry that I have not emailed or sent many (any) cards out!  This is a lot more time consuming then I could have ever imagined.

What a busy October - I hope all of you had a wonderful month.  Keep in touch!!!!  i cant wait to see how he is going to change in the next month
